Service Request

Service requests are mainly handled within an 8-hour period. However, all calls are responded to within a 24-hour period. Below you will find CMC's protocol for service request:

  • Service request placed from 6-11am will be handled the same business day.
  • Service requests placed after 11am will be scheduled for the earliest appointment available on the next service day.

Should you need urgent same day service when a call is placed after 11am, overtime will need approval from an administrator. Holiday rates will also need approval from an administrator before service is performed.
